By accessing and using OutReco ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this Service. OutReco is a job seeker outreach platform that helps individuals manage recruiter contacts and send personalized emails through integration with Google Gmail.

2. Description of Service

OutReco provides the following services:

• Contact management system for job seekers
• Email template creation and management
• Bulk email sending through Google Gmail API integration
• Campaign tracking and reply monitoring
• Group management for organizing contacts
• Resume storage and attachment capabilities

The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. User Registration and Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Google Gmail Integration

5.1 OAuth Authorization

By connecting your Google account, you authorize OutReco to send emails on your behalf through the Gmail API. We only request the minimum necessary permissions required to provide our Service.

5.2 Data Access and Usage

We do not read, store, or analyze your existing Gmail emails. Our access is limited to sending emails through your account based on your explicit actions within our platform.

5.3 Compliance with Google Policies

You agree to comply with Google's Terms of Service and Gmail Program Policies when using our Service. Any violation of Google's policies may result in suspension of your OutReco account.

6. User Content and Data

6.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create, including contacts, email templates, and campaign data. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6.2 Content Standards

You are responsible for ensuring that your content:

• Is accurate and not misleading
• Does not violate any third-party rights
• Does not contain defamatory or offensive material
• Complies with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Free Tier

OutReco currently offers a free tier with certain limitations. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time with reasonable notice.

7.2 Future Paid Services

If we introduce paid services in the future, we will notify you of the pricing and terms. Continued use of paid features will constitute acceptance of the applicable fees.

8. Email Sending Limits and Guidelines

To maintain service quality and comply with anti-spam regulations:

• Daily sending limits may apply based on your account status
• You must comply with CAN-SPAM Act and similar regulations
• Recipients must have a legitimate reason to receive your emails
• You must honor unsubscribe requests promptly
• Bulk sending should be done responsibly with appropriate delays
